  • Raangori reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

  • COD orders may attract additional charges.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Raangori reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing errors

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, as defined in the Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or operational issues are not Raangori’s liability.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will not qualify for refunds.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

  • Any claim outside the policy terms will be rejected.

  • Raangori’s decision on return eligibility is final and binding.
